Incinerate ability

Okay, so I made a Hero with Incinerate ability.
The thing is, the Incinerate ability dealt no damage at all.
It always dealt 0.000 damage when it is supposed to deal 12.000/18.000/24.000 according to the level of the ability.

Since there is no trigger involved in this, this is just an Object Editor mystery, and I've attached the map for you to see and test.

Oh, before you ask, I've tried :

1) The Incinerate ability.
2) The Incinerate (Arrow) ability.
3) Base the Hero off Firelord (previously was Mountain King)
-- with Incinerate ability
-- with Incinerate (Arrow) ability

But everything failed.
There must be something I missed :banghead:

i heard some of the abilities are still buggy...

incinerate, cluster rockets, carrion swarm... just to name a few.

Cluster Rockets just needs channeling from the beginning until the end of the spell.

Carrion Swarm doesn't bug.
Only its 'on-hit' effect is screwed - you must edit the original one.

Are you talking about the explosion damage or the (supposedly) stacking damage. Are you using the original Incinerate ability?

most of them are effect bugs, you're right.

you also can't change the buff for cluster rockets.

incinerate only works for the original... that's what i heard...

you can't make copies of it.

i made a triggered incinerate ability for my map... after finding out the original doesnt work.

my triggered one works fine.

We do have to use the original Incinerate ability.

So will incinerate add damage to triggered damage?(ofcourse the source is the incinerate-attacker) YES IT WILL
