how would i make an item do an ability or other only "said"% of the time?
Event:
Unit - A unit uses an item
Conditon:
(Random Number between 1 and 100) less than or equal to 75 // Integer Comparison
Item Type equal to Axe
Action:
Player - Add property (wood) to (Owner of Triggering Unit)
