It is Virus in it ... scanned it with my virus programm and it found 2 viruses
One named Suspicious.ASH
And the other just named Virus.

Does this tool contain viruses?
No, some antivirus tools just think it does due to the nature of this tool, that works by injecting its own code into the process of the WE. Most tools allow to setup an exception for such cases, some have to be turned off though (like Kaspersky)

The prefix 're-' implies you will do it again. So, when you add it to the word "Install", you get the basic idea of "Again you install."
