Light/Dark Effects

You know how like you can set the time of day using a trigger and it will make the gameplay look dark>night or light>day...Well playing some Frozen Throne maps, it seems that they could make the gameplay even darker then setting time to night. How can I do this by using triggers. Can this be done by using triggers only? My map I'm making is pure RoC so I can't use any game play constans or what not. Thank you.

Using a Fog Effect Tutorial you can learn how to use fog effects. If you make your fog effect make the map dark your map will be dark without using triggers, additionally you can add the fog effect later uising a trigger, which is a one line easy trigger so don't worry
