Hi there,
can someone explain me how I get my *.jpeg picture to a *.mdx file?
And where Should I store it to use it when clickingon the importing picture thingie on "Scenario -> Map Loading Screen"

Ok, I used this tut btw http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/cat_usersubmit.php?view=36757 because it explained better. But I don't get the Warcraft 3 Viewer, it doesn't work for me somehow :S

can someone explain me that program?

This is what I found out about the program.

Warcraft 3 Viewer (created by TheProphet and Marcelo)
Another must-have, this time for skinning. The viewer allows you to preview models, see the textures they use, convert them, preview models with alternate textures you made etc.
