locking(?) userbar

i dont know what its called but i want to make it so that one of the suerbarsd are locked as computer(normal) so users cant join that slot.. any one know how to do it?

what i want is player five yellow to stay as computer so you cant change it when people are joining ur game..

go to the scenaros tab, then click on player propoties
then click on the forces tab and put the computer in another "force" or team. From there check the 2 boxes ontop (lock player settings and something like that)

instead of 'user' ,mark a player to be 'computer' ( or 'neutral'), and also check these 2 boxes : use custom forces and fixed player settings
