Is there a way to redirect attacks or spells from one unit to another, like if a lich frost novas someone, instead of hitting that unit, it hits another one

Umm.. not quite sure what you mean... maybe use a dummy ability then use a dummy unit to cast frost nova at a random unit instead?

You would have to dummyitize every spell that you want the redirect to happen to.
