Map Hasnt been uploaded

Ive uploaded my map disk Risk 1.03b some time ago but it still hasnt been uploaded to the Map repository yet. I was wondering these things:
-How long on average does it take for a map to be uploaded because ive waiting over a week.
-Who do i contact if i want to learn more about map uploading such as who approves maps so i can find out if they got my map?

Any replies would be well recieved

I used the link and submited the map Disk Risk v1.03b and ive just tried to resubmit it and ive got the message this map has already been submitted.

when you upload to WETutorials, i think there is a few days delay 'cause the staff has to check it first...

This was just a problem with it saying id already uploaded it which i had tried to do a week ago but no one received it.
