Minutes or Seconds (Timer)

Well I was just wondering if the 28.00 means MINUTES or SECONDS.

(Remaining time for Timer) Equal to 28.00

I think it means seconds, just try it out.

Well I asked because I didn't want to have to try it out. I'm in the middle of a bunch of things, and the trigger won't actually work until I have it all setup properly. I'm looking for a SPECIFIC answer.
