Models - Quick Question

A very quick simple question. When importing models, do you need the model portrait? Because there is no use for it, why do I need it? Do I need to import it?

The portrait will show the little face in the lower left corner thing. If you dont import it, that pic will be all messed up...
OR!!
You can make a camera angle in Magos War3 Model editor, and you wont need to import a portrait.
