Multiboard Inventory?

I was playing Final Fantasy Forever the other night and i noticed when you equiped an item it disappeared from ur real inventory and on the multiboard it popped up as equipped... I was wondering if there was a tutorial somewhere on how to do that. thank you

i think it's saving the item in a variable, a hashtable or somewhere else, displaying the icon or whatever in the multiboard and adding an ability to the unit.
you can add/change the icon in a multiboard by using "Multiboard - Set item icon"
