How about this:
(Icon to be determined, probably some golden version of the icon used for shoulders of the moon?)
Name: King's Armor
Requires: Shoulders of the moon, Medallion of Courage, Robe of the Magi, King's Armor Recipe
Description: This shiny armor gives its bearer incredible charisma.
Effects: +7 all stats, +5 Int, +20 armor, Monarchy
Monarchy: Makes computer-controlled creeps within 500 range consider you as their leader and serve you. Gives you +1 armor per nearby allied creep and makes 60% of the bounty for kills they get go to you.
Note: if more than one hero wears this armor within 500 range of a creep, its bounty will go to the nearest hero (because it's not smart enough to share! :p).

Eww.. that bounty getting sounds kinda odd for me. xD And also I would have to save all bounty rewards.. also it's impossible to detect how much gold you get from creep. :) but anyway that +armor is good idea.. I'll use it. Thanks. (Can't rep you now, have to spread some xD)

Here is my thought---->
Vampire Armor:
Item_DaemonicBreastplate.jpg
Description: A special armor that is made by the ancient vampires to protect them from the mage forces at the last vampire war.
Requires: Helmet of Valor/Flute of Accuracy/Scepter of Wisdom, Shoulders of Moon, Shield of Vengeance, Mask of death, Sobi Mask.(No recipe)
Provides:+12 selected item attribute, +10 defence, 10% damage deflect(300 AoE), Vampire Essence(Passive).
Vampire essence: Converts 10% damage taken into 65/35% hp/mana if item bought is Helmet, 50% hp/mana if Flute and 40/60% hp/mana if Scepter to the wearer.

It is possible, just calculate it using the values in Object editor...
Oh and I meant when they kill creeps, not heroes (or both if you want to)

Bounty could be triggered aswell, that way it can be easily configurable and you could use some abilites(unit/item) to affect it a bit.

Exactly.

The more you trigger stuff the more you have control over it.

Thats why its usually wise to trigger all spells and stuff you can trigger. Even the most simple ones

Why you don't add a 5% manasteal item, the opposite of lifesteal.(converts dmg to mana not drain) to replace the sobi mask of my item idea (you mentioned my item???????????)

Here's an item idea for ya. This item is an item ANY hero can benefit from. Basically what it does is change itself depending on who wears it. If i.e Zilla wears it, he'll get bonuses for his primary attributes and possibly a minor/medium boost to a spell or two. The possibilities are almost endless.

Amulet of Nostalgia

Effects: Varies for each and every hero
Drops from: Knight Davion (20-40%)

By having like 20 to 40% chance of dropping, people will actually go farm these bosses more in hope to get this item to boost their own forces more and gaining the upper hand.

Here are some suggestions and item ideas. Basically, since everyone usually starts off the game with low gold, they will most likely get basic items first. (I assume so) So why not make it so that the sell back rate for basic items will be 95% or 100%? Whereas advanced/recipe items have a lower sell back rate? And rare/strong items have nearly 0% sell back rate? Just some ideas.

And for the items.

1) Name: Stealth Claws
Stats: +20 Dmg, +10% AS, +5 Agility, 2% Stealth Strike on attack
Special Ability (Stealth): Everytime the hero attacks, he has a 2% chance
to go invisible for 0.5 seconds, confusing the enemy. When the hero
reappears, he grabs the opportunity and strikes the confused enemy,
dealing 3.5 times normal damage.
Description: The stealth claws was forged with magical ores. They
instantly turned the claws sharp and deadly. Its true powers, however,
lies hidden within the claws itself. When worn, it makes the wearer faster
and stronger.

2) Name: Supreme Hammer
Stats: +75 Dmg, Supreme Bash, Supreme Weight
Special Ability (Supreme Bash): 7% chance to stun for 1.5 seconds and
1.25x normal damage. 11% chance to deal 2.25x normal damage. 16%
chance to deal 1.50x normal damage.
Special Ability 2 (Supreme Weight): Reduces Attack Speed by 7.5%,
movement speed by 5%, armor by 2.
Description: This hammer is so big and heavy, it makes the wearer feels
like he could split a mountain in two! However, at the cost of its immense
might, its weight is also a burden to the wearer.

3) Name: Prophet's Glove
Stats: +6 Agility, 5% Attack Speed, Foretell
Special Ability (Foretell): Gives a 4% chance that the wearer will dodge
any kind of damage (Spells, physical, etc) and a 6% chance that the
wearer will cloud the enemies vision, causing 30% of his attacks to miss
for 2 seconds.
Description: The prophet's glove, once magically enhanced by a powerful
prophet. Now, you might just be able to foretell the future, and prevent
uncertain death!

4) Name: Death Knight's Amulet
Stats: Agi+3/Str+5/Int+3, 7 Dmg, Punishment, Dark Lord's Minions
Special Ability (Punishment): Whenever the wearer scores a 5 kill streak,
he will be granted one soul (free revive on the spot of death) from the
dark lord. Maximum of 1 soul allowed.
Special Ability 2 (Dark Lord's Minions): <Active Ability> Able to summon 3
Dark Lord's Minions. (The Dark Lord's Minions has a 20% lifesteal)
Description: This amulet may seem ordinary, but untold powers is hidden
within it. So powerful, that it allows the wearer to communicate with the
Dark Lord himself. If the Dark Lord is appeased, he may even grant you a
free soul, or lend aid to your side.

5) Name: Thin Flexible Armor
Stats: Armor +3, 30% Dodge, 2.5% Movespeed/Attackspeed, Thin Armor
Special Ability (Thin Armor): The wearer receives 25% more damage from
physical attacks.
Description: This armor is so light and flexible, it seems like you are naked!
You dodge attacks more easily, however, with a cost. Your thin armor
gets penetrated so easily, that the enemies' damage are more painful!

Well his is my suggestion(actually my friend's suggestion)

An enchanted wand that creates a copy of a person, Widely use in carnivals.

Bought in Ancient of Wonders.

Bonus:
Active: Duplicate.

Duplicate: Creates a copy of self,enemy or ally.
Illusion has 0% damage and takes 200% damage.

Cost: 150 gold.

NOTE: 2 charges only, Stackable,Consumable.
Illusions last for 25 seconds.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

You can use it to create Illusions of dangerous units (like fed troll or void) to make the enemy run like shit. You can create Illusions of weak Heroes that the enemy might be after such as Clinkz or Kardel. You can use Illusions to trick the enemy into chasing the Illusion rather than your real army. You can use an Illusion to attack an enemy tower and maybe they will Teleport back to fight it not realizing it is a fake. You can also cast Illusions on allied units.

This is for a system me and Furby have discusses about.

Every hero has a chance (1-10%) to drop an item, not from their inventory, but something related to them. Anyone can pick it up, either to use or sell for extra honor. These items drops upon death if anyone has it in their inventory, though. Items bonuses increase depending on wielder's level.

Description: A fang from Scar which is sharp and strong enough to serve as a weapon.
Abilities: +3-33 agility, 13% attack speed, Murder
Murder: Turns the user invisible for 3 seconds, during which movement speed is increased by 60%.

Description: An icy shard dropped from Zilla which still seems to hold some magical power within it.
Abilities: +2-22 intelligence, 24% mana regeneration, Ice Blast
Ice Blast: Blasts an area with an ice shard, freezing all units for 0.5 seconds and dealing 30 * Hero level.

Description: An ancient, holy relic treasured by Veldar the Paladin.
Abilities: +4-44 strength, Holy Judgement
Holy Judgement: Passively enhances the wielder's weapon, granting a chance to send a Holy Judgement on enemies on attack, slowing attack and movement speed by 30% and taking 20% increased damage for 5 seconds.

Description: Quite a silky material that has patches in odd places.
Abilities: +5 Intelligence +5 Agility
10% to deal 20 bonus damage on ability cast (Stacks)

Name: Impaled Mantle
Requires: Mantle of Intelligence + Gauntlets of Strength
Description: A spiky piece of cloth that is not very comfortable
Abilities: +5 Intelligence +5 Strength
5% to inflict 20 damage on attacker (Stacks)

Name: Lost Gear
Requires: Spiked Slippers + Nimble Cloth + Impaled Mantle
Description: A collection of gear found off the battlefield
Abilities: +15 Strength +15 Agility +15 Intelligence
20% to deal 5% bonus damage on attack, 25% to deal 10% bonus spell damage on spell cast, 20% to return 10% of damage taken.

Damage return is often overrated, 10%, in most cases is less than 20 damage return, 20-25% would be closer to a normal value for lower levels.

I also liked the ideas of heroes dropping specific items, might need some tweaking, but it looks good.

Yeah, these are just items I came up with on the spot. It's the basic idea so there will be alot of tweaking before they're put in.

Yeah, but once again, it's a pretty original idea, maybe set the chance of dropping it to somewhere around 15-30% though, 25 could be pretty good, considering most heroes don't benefit as much from their own items as they do themselves, and also -- allow only the enemy heroes from picking it up, so allies can't wait for a team-mate to die to get items (which would be pretty lame in my opinion).

Tinker's Robot Arm
Recipe:Sharpened Blade + Glove of Haste
Stats:Increases 20% attack speed and 20% chance to deal 1.5 x attack damage.Has ability Production Line.
Production Line:Creates a pocket factory that creates miniture war weapons, suicide bombing dolls, every 5 seconds.The dolls cannot attack and has ability BOOM! dealing 300 damage to all unit nearby.(include Allies)
