When my ghost fires a 'nuke' I hear mister 'protoss' saying 'nuclear launch detected'

does anyone knows what this means? (I set player 2 to 'terran')

Well it means that you have launched a nuclear missile and the reason why you're getting a protoss voice over is because your race is set to Protoss
