Nuon PROGRESSIVE SCAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

There's a fellow that CLAIMED he had a Progressive Scan N501 up for auction . I emailed him and told him he was wrong , but he emailed back and CLAIMS that "Progressive Scan" is written both on the machine itself, and also in the instruction manual . But he refused to provide me with any close-up photos proving what he said .
Do you guys think the Seller was "A" looney-tunes :nuts: , "B" an Evil Ebay Scammer :shades: , or "C" do ya think there's a LONG-SHOT that he was telling the truth?

He seems to be mixing up the features of the N501 and the RCA DRC480N. The N501 most absolutely does not play PAL and is not progressive scan.

I'd guess A. I can't imagine anyone thinking "Hey, I need to make a few bucks, I'm going to scam someone with my Nuon player!" He'd do better claiming it was Xbox 360 compatible.
