is it possible to increase and decrease the sizes for the particles without modifiying them in a editor? cuz i noticed when i shrunk the models with particles for my rpg, the particles remained the same size and kinda ruined the model.

so the question is; Is there a way to change the size of particle effects on a model without useing a editor

No, you would have to edit the model.

you can attach the effects via abilities (in a disables spellbook for example), then they should be scaled together with the model (i think)

No he means the particle emitters on the models. The particle size is specified in the model and is unaffected by the scaling value.
