Pop-Up Menu

Okay in Dreamweaver 8 you could add behaviors in images to make a pop up menu or "pop down menu", I can do it in CS3 but it says to use Spry and when I use a the behaviors it gives me an error. If i use spry it wants me to use there own navagationbar instead of my own pictures. My question is: Is there a way to use Spry inertwined with a picture to make a navagation bar?
