Lunch Lady Brownies

Classic home-made brownies with a rich delicious icing!

Ingredients:

Brownie:

• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 4 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• Mixing bowl
• 9 x 13 baking pan

Icing:

• 1/4 cups softened butter
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• Dash salt
• Mixing bowl

Directions:

Brownie:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Mix Brownie ingredients into a mixing bowl
• Pour mixture into 9 x 13 pan
• Bake for 20 to 25 minutes (checking at 20 minutes)

Icing

• Mix icing ingredients in mixing bowl
• Frost brownies with mixture
