Removing a weapon from a model

How can i remove a weapon from a model then attach another weapon to it?
Example: I remove tauren chieftain spear and add a sword to it..
Please tell me if some1 know how..

Or, use this, there will be a tutorial in that tool on how to remove stuffs, and then follow the instruction of how to attach stuffs on some guy there on konerboy's tutorial.
