[Request] Lightning Strike

A spell request. Will give rep to anybody who does it for me.

Lightning Strike

Creates a ball of lightning that is thrown to an enemy unit. Once the ball reaches to the enemy, it stuns him for 1 second and then the ball explode, inflicting area damage to nearby enemy units. 250 AoE.

Level 1 - Does 60 damage in AoE and 90 to the targeted unit.
Level 2 - Does 90 damage in AoE and 120 to the targeted unit.
Level 3 - Does 120 damage in AoE and 150 to the targeted unit.
Level 4 - Does 150 damage in AoE and 180 to the targeted unit.

In GUI and make sure that it can be modified easily. Plus I plan to make an Engineering Upgrade ability, so I'll make some changes for this.

I only wanted to target it to a single unit and have the ball to be exploded inside the unit. So Cluster Rockets won't work for that.
