Has anyone figured this thing out yet? I can't figure out what commands actually do anything to it...

I bet this is a leftover from debugging the editor.
(Maybe you can enter certain cheats to make the data editor deal more damage to your brain or let the trigger editor actually support galaxy)

Else it could allow activation of plugins ...

It just made funny sounds play when you selected units I think, or was it that their death animation would play, along with the sound...
