Tutorial Timed In-Game Messages for Dummies

First. Pick one.

EVENT 1: Map Initialization
EVENT 2: Elapsed time is [number of seconds]
EVENT 3: A unit dies
EVENT 4: A unit is trained
EVENT 5: A player is defeated
EVENT 6: Player types [chat message]

Now, do this:

GAME->GAME MESSAGE ->To all players (or some players), display [Message].
---

EXAMPLE:

Player: "Oh noes! My beast died" *triggers EVENT 3*.

GAME MESSAGE: A bear holding a shark has died!

Or...

PLAYER: Oh noes! My beast died" *triggers Event 6*
GAME MESSAGE: Someone said that their beast died!

Not even info worthy of a post, and what up with describing triggers not using the actual triggers?
