How can i make a counter that counts down 2 thing like the one on the pic?
Please i really need this one!

Its a multiboard, they are fairly complicated for beginners, here is the tutorial:

You would have to make a variable for the time and other trigger than set the variable to a certain number (ie 100) after a certain event (someone dies, when it reaches 0, etc) and other trigger than makes it go down one every second.
