How exactly do you change a units transperancy to a ghost like state using this? (I want them to keep the same color!)

Animation - Change (Picked unit)'s vertex coloring to (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%) with 0.00% transparency

Ghost like? Well... banish could be something you could use, to make him kind of invisible.

Well, 0% Transparency makes then visible, 100% Transparency makes them totally invisible. I would say just mess around a bit with that number until you find one that is suitable.

After I do all that, Would the unit keep his original color?

I am pretty sure, unless you change the color values. Although because it becomes more transparent it would be harder to see the colors, but they would be there.

But as a unit becomes more transparent, the player color is much easier to see for some reason.
