Is there a way to reduce the tech level of a certain upgrade? I looked at Player - Set Current Research Level and it only allows for adding levels. :banghead:

Alright. Well, more specifically, is there a way to add or remove the ability for a unit to attack?

You can add, or remove as needed, the ability "Cargo Hold (Orc Burrow)".
Or have some dummy cast a version of Silence.
Or replace the unit with another that simply can't.
