unable to join same network hosted game

I am using DSL-2540T router.

I can host game at warcraft battle net, and join other games. No issue.
The problem is when I host game, the computer right beside me unable to join my game. Yes we are using the same network. I already did port forwarding, adding port at firewall, change the game port at the warcraft game play setting. I still unable to find the root cause.

Does anyone facing the same problem as me?

I assume that each computer's WCIII has an install with a different CD key and is able to connect to bNet?
Are others on bNet able to join your game? Yes?

Assuming the port forwarding is correct, probably anti-virus firewalls on ailed PC.

you don't need a different CD key, you can lan with the same key

can both computers "see" each other if you go to networking, so like can you transfer a file between the computers over lan?
