how do i set the gold you get for killing a certain unit

example inferno 500 gold???

To change the bounty of a unit you go for:
Value - Bounty - Base (ubba)
Value - Bounty - Sides per Dice (ubsi)
Value - Bounty - Number of Dices (ubdi)

bounty = base + number_of_dices*random(1,sides_per_dice)

So using your example you would do:
Base = 499
Sides Per Dice = 1
Number of Dices = 1

English version:
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Base:
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Number of Dice:
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Sides per Dice:

The gold a certain monster gives on kill can be changed in the Object editor in the above mentioned fields.

The calculations would be a random number between:
Base + Amount of Dice -> Base + Amount of Dice x Number of Sides per dice.
So if for example:
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Base: = 10
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Number of Dice: = 2
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Sides per Dice: = 4
Than the gold given would be between: (10 + 2) and (10 + 2 x 4) or 12 -> 18 gold.

So to make something give exactly 500g everytime it dies would be:
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Base: = 499
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Number of Dice: = 1
Stats - Gold Bounty Awarded - Sides per Dice: = 1.

Remember to put the Player Flag for giving Bounty from killed units ON for the player owning the inferno, if its not Neutral Hostile. Otherwise no bounty will be given. You might already know that but its a common mistake to forget that.
