Variables and Tower Defence monster spawns

I'm making a Tower D map,

Heres the thing. I'm at the point where I have to put in the monster spawns.
The problem? I have over 50 levels (Though they go quick), and putting in all those triggers at 8 different spawn locations will be a pain (both on me and the map file size).

So, I need to use variables to do this.

Problem: I've never made a map using variables to set monster level spawn, amount, etc. So i'm clueless on how this works.

Any suggestions on how to get this working?

o_O I think I get what you mean, but im not sure how you want it too work...

You want it so each level it spawns more than the last time? And what else? You want it to spawn in 8 differnt places? I think you can do that useing a loop....

Use a Loop, and Make all the monsters you want to spawn into an array for unit type. Then in your map initiation trigger set it up so that when you spawn a new round, just spawn monster_Type[Round].
