Don't know about other items like this, but I must say this looks pretty cool. It's small and portable, and well at least for me, I don't draw too well with tablets (although it's probably because I haven't really touched mine). Would be awesome to have something like this and be able to draw anywhere. Especially with a sketchbook, instead of scanning or taking photos of pages.

But the sensor can be very restricting I'd think... with its 2cm sensor zone and not wanting to block the sensor.

oh that does look intresting. I dont like how the pen feels on my tablet either its hard to get used to and not like a real pen as much as I thought it'd be. Maybe this would be closer to how a real pen feels. And to see what your drawing on the paper where your hand is too, much better.
