Glitches:
Glitches in Campaigns
Obtain Hydralisk
- In Reign of Chaos, while playing the mission "Daughters of the Moon" in the night elf campaign, let Tyrande evade the doomguards and their undead minions until you go into an area with a Fountain of Life where you'll get ballistas for free. Before you got the ballistae you saw an undead base in the south just north of Shandris' base. Go to that area where you saw the base. Travel northward. There are trees so use your ballistae to destroy the trees. Destroy EVERY tree in front of Tyrande until yo see a Hydralisk from Starcraft. When all the trees are destroyed, order Tyrande to go near the hydralisk to obtain it and to fight for you. The Hydralisk has 700 Hit Points, 84-120 Piercing damage and 0 light armor only. Use the hydralisk to get through the undead base and to reach shandris.
Giant Pandaren
- In Roc, while playing the mission "Brothers for blood" go to a place barred by trees. Use Force of Nature to destroy those trees. When you destroy the trees, a Giant Pandaren appears in front of you.
Assorted Terrain Glitches
Glitch 1
- In the mission "Illidan's Task" in TFT, you notice Illidan and Kael talking in outland. Wait until the scene changes. The scene is now in Ashenvale with Kil'jaeden and the World Tree. You see in the second scene the area is COMPLETELY Ashenvale-Style with grass terrain, Ashenvale doodads, trees and weather other than those of the first scene.
Glitch 2
- In the interlude "Malfurion's Vision", you see Furion walking in a Lordaeron Fall environment. Then a quake occurs and after awhile the scene changes to an environment completely Northrend Style with all the cliffs, doodads and weather effects.
Unnoticeable Doodads
- In the mission "Lord of Outland", you see Magtheridon taunting Illidan and Kael. Once you play the mission scroll the screen to the top until you see Arches and burning statues... and beside the entrance there are also fences or sticks which have separate columns. I'll tell you where those sticks are derived:
Those sticks in the cliffs are derived from the "Dungeon Obelisk" doodad. The makers of Warcraft edited those doodads and made them really tall, but they made the doodad much slim like that fence.
Telescope View
- In the mission "Survey the Border" in the bonus campaign, while Rexxar uses the Observatory to see the outlying lands, after a while your screen is now on telescope view. Must be some kind of imported image mask then applied to the advanced filter.
Full Screen View in Warchasers
- While playing Warchasers, get your hero killed without an Ankh of Reincarnation. When your hero finally dies, you can watch the other players and even in full screen view, you can see the traps and bosses of the map.
Exploding Critters
- Left-Click on any critter (Sheep, Pig, Penguin, Albatross, Dune Worm, Dog, etc.) and click them many times and click them fast. Keep clicking until they explode and explode.
Starcraft Cameo
- When playing a melee game as a human, you should have a mortar team. Keep clicking on him. Notice if you keep clicking their transmissions or speech changes. Click until you hear the phrase "Clearly Tassadar has failed us, you must not." The phrase was said by Aldaris in the Starcraft - Protoss campaign declaring that Tassadar is an enemy.

Strategies and Rookie Guide:
Here you'll find a list of strategies and hints for Warcraft III. Most strategies are for melee maps and campaigns.
1) Balance Gold Harvesting
In playing a melee map you use peasants or peons to gather gold. If you gather gold, use only five peasants to gather gold. Five is the maximum number of peasants a gold mine can handle. More than five will just waste your food and build fewer units and have an unbalanced economy.
2) Always build Mills when Gathering Lumber
When your peasants, peons, ghouls or wisps gather lumber, when they gather in a place far from your base, build a Lumber Mill, War Mill or Graveyard near the gathering area. However there are exceptions. Wisps can gather lumber into any area and returns it instantly.
3) Save mana for your Spellcasters
When using spellcasters (i.e. Spell Breaker, Banshee, Necromancer, Druids of the Claw and Talon, Priest, Sorceress), then save mana. Only use spells if you need to use them. Once you've saved mana for the spellcaster, you may use their most special spells (Possession, Cripple, Dispel Magic, Polymorph, Bear or Crow form) to hinder your opponent.
4) Seek and Destroy
Once you have a very large army (80 -100 food cost) and a large base with all the expansions in the unused gold mines, it's time to settle your heroes and your army together and seek every opponent that you see. Use the army to destroy the enemy's defenses and go to their base.
5) Attack Abandoned Bases
When you try to attack a base, the base you must attack should have no units except peasants only because player's armies abandon their bases often to destroy creeps or to attack another rival army. When you see an abandoned base camp, go for it and attack the base. Beware though, your opponent can use town portals to go back to their base and fend your forces off.
Only basic glitches and guides. Hope you see the tips.
Additional Guides
1) Repair and Train at the same time
If enemy units attack an important building like a castle or an altar then force a group of 5-9 or more workers to repair each attacked building. While doing so train units that can repel the attackers after the assault, and therefore recover again and building up another wave of soldiers..
