Weird IE problem

This problem just started yesterday. What's happening is when I load certain web pages using IE 6.0, something is causing the page to either reload or go forward to a "Page Not Found" page. This is only happening on pages that have ad banners on them, so I think this bug must be related to that. What I have to do to prevent this is to hit the "stop" button as soon as the page is fully loaded. Otherwise, in a few seconds, I'll get automatically directed to this "Page Not Found" page. If I do this, there is a "this page cannot be displayed" message where the ad banner would normally be.

ANy ideas of what this is and how I can get rid of it?
