How it should be if I put in my arena these things (if you dont eat at time you die) and every 7 minutes you must eat food and every 6 minutes you must drink 1 bottle of water ?

Um... It's not funny (100% sure of that) but depending on the map, it can or cannot be stupid.
This has been done before (Mainly in LoaP/RealLife type of maps)
but the problem I find in those kind of maps, is that there isn't enough places to get food. Usually you have to run all the way across the map to get food...

And by the time you get to where u were going after food, you need the food again

maybe good for an RPG, but not for a hero arena i think.

Beside you have a hero-grow system and the hero grows depending on what he eats
