Question about Trigger. What does a trigger under the name of Reload all game cache data from disk?

It Recalls all info from a existing game cache access by Game cache nameX

It reads the content of a previously saved game cache to memory (which presumably makes access faster if there's a lot of values to read)...
Never seen anyone use it. Or complain about not using it.

Im trying to fix some trigger that will delete all information in memory that makes leake in game
Is there eny wey to create the trigger on GUI or JASS that will delete all information in memory perionicly?
