When Sally Met Harry is a romantic comedy, I think its a traditional one in terms of character meets one partner, their the 'wrong partner' and in their exploits they meet someone new and end up hooking up.

The clip of Micheal Caine is imposed on it though, and is from an interview where Micheal is explaining that by being focused while talking to someone, you hold a much greater power over them.
