Wont even let me start the install!

I accidently uninstalled the game one day and then i tried to uninstall it and when i click the install button, it says its preparing the install sheild wizard then when the loading bar gets to the end is says "An Installation Support File Could No BE Installed, Catastrophic Failure" I am so Mad cuz i had it on my comp before and it worked awesome. could someone please help me?

I had a similar problem with a different game a while back and I found my problem was with the disk or something...Basically I made an image of my disk and installed from the image...Worked for me...
