World Editor - Can't Save or Open Maps.

World Editor - Can't open or import Maps (Error:WorldEdit121.exe stopped working.)

Ok since i have a way passed it the new error is:

I can't import stuff, when i click import file.
It says: World Editor-121 Doesn't work anymore.

Tested like 10 times, always does it.

(This is a Microsoft Windows Error) by the way
Using Vista.

Friendly reminder, or note for you: You can only bump(double post) every 24 hours.

As for your problem, are you saving it in a valid location? IE, are you using save as and putting it in the maps folder?

If I understand you correctly, you're saying it had no saving process and just shut down.

When i click save, or any shortcuts for it, it just shuts down automaticly. :F

If you are attempting to open up someone else's map than it will be protected and therefore unopenable.

For the random shut down thing I'm not too sure. Do you have the lastest wc3 patch?

Are you getting an error message or anything? Because that could help narrow down what is preventing you from saving.

It Couldn't save, didnt give a error it just shut the World Editor down.

@OP Are you on WIN XP? Because I just remebered that if your restricted you cant save anything, or make any changes of any kind.
That could be it, idk I remeber that sort of thing preventing me from saving a star craft brood war game way long ago.

Im on Vista, but i found a little way to prevent it.
This is it:

I can (well could with downloaded maps) open them.
But i can't click open on world editor, as i can just open in my documents anyways.

I can't click 'Save As' cause it shuts down, but yesterday i tryed with
a downloaded map, (not protected) and i could save .

So i think it works now, but i can't click save as.. which i need
Or i could prevent that to and use a downloaded map, (so i don't have to click save as) and delete everything he/she got, and then start on my own :S

are you opening a protected map? are you making this map by yourself? if you are opening protected map, there will be always some restriction
