Well, I'm not yet familiarize with all the default skills in warcraft.

Can anyone help me find a default skill just like stout shield in dota?
That it has a chance to block an amount of damage.

I believe it is based from Hardened Skin - The skill the Mountain Giants has in default. Just change the data fields.

 

[Inflicted]

or Spiked Carapace (Undead/Melee/Hero) if you want percentages.
