Abilities that cannot be leveled

I'm looking for a thread, which is on this site, which contains a big list of abilities that cannot be leveled up

like:
Doom
Claws of Attack
Permanent Immolation
HP Bonus
etc...

Permanent Immolation can be leveled...
if i remeber right you jsut need ot remove the old buff after you have incressed its lvl

huh? are you sure the ability doom can't be level up? If so how about the dota's doom?

huh? are you sure the ability doom can't be level up? If so how about the dota's doom?

yes, from level 2, Doom is un-usable.
in DotA, it's 3 Doom level 1, the Doom that hero casts is a fake.

HP bonus is level upable. It just causes the "glitch" which you can abuse.
