Ability cooldown clock without using default UI possible?

After hiding the default UI, can I place ability buttons with cooldown clocks somehow?


I've been putting together an ui using dialog items, but I can't figure out a way to show the cooldown clock that appears when an ability is on cooldown.

I'm assuming you mean the radial dial shade effect?

Can't be done without the use of flash. Which is unimplemented.
