Bluetooth headset constant enable/disable?

Hey everyone, I had recently bought a bluetooth headset thingy and an adapter for my laptop. Got everything running up fine and dandy, but the headset just constantlyy activates and deactivates when its needed. Like in Dawn of War 2, I can't even talk to people with my mic. Real gay.

Any suggestions?
