Cant find spell effect

I remember there being a spell effect where some hands come from the ground and kinda like grab something then go back into the ground... But I can't for the life of me find it... Did I just imagine it or does someone know the name of the effect and where I can find the damn thing lol?

That's that one Soul Gem item that's used to capture heroes. I don't know the name of the effect off the top of my head.
