Cinematic only maps ?

Hey .. i been reading on wc3campaigns.net that there is cinematic only maps ? and so .. is there special program to make cinematics for warcraft maps ?? .. cuz i would really know .. any other ideas or things a guy who wants to be good at cinematic need to know .. then write here plz
