The cinematic is not closing why?

(i am a nooby with cinematic )

    • Unit - A unit Acquires an item
  • Conditions
    • (Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to Mooncrystal
  • Actions
    • Item - Make (Item being manipulated) Pawnable
    • Item - Make (Item being manipulated) Undroppable
    • Cinematic - Turn cinematic mode On for (All players)
    • Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
      • Loop - Actions
        • Cinematic - Turn subtitle display override On
        • Camera - Pan camera for (Picked player) to (Position of (Triggering unit)) over 0.00 seconds
        • Cinematic - Send transmission to (All players) from Arthas (Evil) 0008 <gen> named Twligiht God: Play WarlordYesAttack3 <gen> and display We can win now!. Modify duration: Add 2.00 seconds and Wait
        • Cinematic - Turn cinematic mode Off for (All players)

Not sure, but why is it in the Pick All Players and do actions loop? Place it below the whole loop...
