Damage/Heal at % of Missing HP/Mana

Well this skill I want to make is similar to Anti-Mage's Mana Void from Dota. What Mana Void for those who doesn't play Dota, does is for each missing mana in the heroes mana pool, the hero would take X% damage. Anyway I wanted to make a skill very similar to how Mana Void works. Like for each missing HP the hero has, he'll regain 80% of the HP he is missing.

try this if the skill is like slam and doesn't need target

condition
ability being cast equal to (your skill)
action
unit - set life of (casting unit) to (life of casting unit + ((80/100)x(max life of casting unit-current life of casting unit)))
