Does people still play warcraft 3?

Sorry, I dont know if IM in the wrong section, but I stoped editing maps since the begging of the year because I were to busy studying.
I just would like to know if people still like to pla warcraft nowadays, because Im thinking on starting an AOS map, but since it gives a lot of work to make I would like to know if people would play it.

From what I've seen, Warcraft 3 itself is only semi-busy nowadays.
But Garena is still jam-packed with WC3 players.

It's your best bet for anything WC3 nowadays.

I have one answer.

1st: If you play LoL(League of Legends) on the EU/US servers, it's a 56.7% downtime according to the forums. And when they are up, it's usually like 25min wait time.
2nd: WC3 has way more maps. I mean, who the f**k doesn't love DotA or the TD's of WC3?

I can still fill games of almost any TD, Vamp games, DotA (Of course).

Also, I play LoL, and my wait times are like ~45 seconds.
