Artillery map help

hi im currently working on a minigame which is a bit liek pudge wars but with 4 teams and artillerie units (isntead of pudge) now the following ability(s) (this list will be edited)
Chaotic airstrike:
this is the ultimate for a psychotic pyro he can learn landmine suicide napalm cannon and his ultimate chaotic airstrike which is the one i need help with
now i need help with this whole thing because this ability neeeds to hit random spots in a small radius in the whole map and there is as far as i know no ability in warcraft or even some advanced maps like LoE or dota that does this so please let me know how you can help

Okay, here I am to revive the thread. Here's the spell. I've made it from cluster rockets, so it's like a missle kind of thing. Tell me if you don't want this. Here's the map.
