i need a page where i can see what a heros damage is if i take chaos. damage: 4

No, it does 4 - (The percentage of damage blocked from the defence the unit has, but not a reduced % from defence type). Chaos still factors in the actual armor, just normally does 100% to all armor-types.

I suppose i should have elaborated, but thats what i mean, it does 4 before reduction. Although i didn't mention that because... well, i thought that part was obvious

Ermm.. You really didn't make much sense.
if it does 4 damage, the enemy takes 4 damage (chaos) if it has 0 armour.
If it has a 50% damage reduction, then it'll take 2 damage.
4*0.5 = 2
