Can someone make me an icon that looks like a dark holy light? Also, i have RoC, so can u put custom icons on RoC? +rep to whoever helps

To answer your question on whether or not you can add custom icons for the RoC Editor, technically you can, but it involves hacking (editing) the War3.mpq file.
