ialmrnt5.sys error and randomly booting

I have the following problem
-all games except from ddo online randomly reboot when in game
-when i start eaw (empire at war) i get the bluescreen of death error saying ialrmnt5.sys ahs stopped working, now i had this before but only with one game that seemed just to not work with my video card
-if the games dont randomly reboot the pc enters vga mdoe says that ialrmnt5.sys has stopped working and that i have to save my work and reboot

here are some things that might help you to find a solution:
-the Graphics card is::Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GLExpress Chipset Family
-My system is a dell windows home xp (so all drivers have to come from dell and cant come from intel)
- virus and anti spyware programs are: spybot S&D, Avira Anti Virus

thanks BUT i mentioned all drivers have to come from dell, intel drivers unmodified by dell WILL NOT work
