Item no cooldown display

I create an item which can cast lightning shield and set cooldown to 25 sec,but evertime after casting,there is no black shade that goes away clock-wise.

Althought it will say item is cooldown when click the spell before 25 sec.

common problem, check the following:

-is the section called something like cooldown type: set to an ability that isnt passive
-is the option called active: true?
-is the ability that is castable, top of the ability list?
(meaning if the item has more than one ability, that the castable one is at the top of the [list of abilities] )

note: you cannot have more than one castable ability in an item.

i presume ur problem is the order of abilties. check that first
