Maps page images fixed

Apparently, CSS did nothing to help center images that are wider than tall on the maps page.

By creating a base image of 100x100 and filling it black, then pasting the new image centered, I have fixed this.

If your concerned with it, you can resubmit your image, and the script will process it correctly.

(Of course, you have to wait for one of us to click 'approve')
